⚡ Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Next.js web applications and features
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party real estate data providers
• Design and implement responsive, pixel-perfect UI components
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
• Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams on feature development
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and technical planning

🔑 Requirements & Skills

• 2–5 years of full-stack development experience
• Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Backend experience with Node.js, Express, or equivalent
• Database knowledge: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar
• Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and authentication systems
• Strong understanding of web performance and Core Web Vitals
• Git version control and CI/CD pipeline experience
