HR Business Partner

📝 Job Description

We are growing rapidly and need an HR professional who can build our talent pipeline, nurture our culture, and partner with business leaders to attract and retain the best real estate professionals in NCR.

⚡ Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, tech, and operations roles
• Develop and implement HR policies, employee handbook, and compliance framework
• Lead performance management and annual appraisal cycles
• Design and deliver employee L&D programs and training calendar
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture building
• Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Maintain HR data systems and generate people analytics reports

🔑 Requirements & Skills

• 4–7 years of HRBP or generalist experience
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance
• Experience in talent acquisition for sales-oriented organizations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in HRMS tools (Darwinbox, BambooHR, or similar)
• MBA in HR from a reputed institute preferred
