Join our research team to produce industry-leading market intelligence on Indian real estate. You will track market data, analyze trends, write research reports, and support the sales and investment advisory teams with data-driven insights.

⚡ Key Responsibilities

• Track and analyze real estate market data across NCR, Lucknow, and key markets
• Compile and publish monthly market reports and quarterly trend analysis
• Monitor regulatory changes (RERA, RBI, government schemes) and assess impact
• Support the investment advisory team with property valuation and due diligence
• Create data visualizations and dashboards for internal and client use
• Interview industry experts, developers, and buyers for primary research

🔑 Requirements & Skills

• 1–4 years of real estate market research or financial analysis experience
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation ability
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills in English
• Knowledge of Indian real estate markets is preferred
