Senior Property Consultant

📝 Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Property Consultant to join our growing NCR team. You will be responsible for advising high-net-worth clients on premium residential and commercial property investments, managing end-to-end deal closure, and building long-term relationships.

⚡ Key Responsibilities

• Consult clients on residential and commercial property investments across NCR
• Conduct property site visits with clients and provide expert guidance
• Manage the complete transaction lifecycle from enquiry to registration
• Build and maintain a portfolio of HNI clients
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with developers for project updates, pricing, and inventory
• Conduct market research and stay updated on NCR real estate trends

🔑 Requirements & Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales
• Proven track record of closing ₹50 lakh+ transactions
• Strong network of potential buyers and investors
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of RERA, property documentation, and legal process
• Own vehicle and valid driving license
