Operations Manager

📝 Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to streamline our internal processes, manage cross-functional team coordination, and drive operational excellence across the A to I Infra platform.

⚡ Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across sales, marketing, and administration
• Design and implement standardized processes and workflows
• Coordinate between property consultants, developers, legal, and finance teams
• Monitor KPIs and prepare weekly and monthly operational reports
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts
• Lead team meetings, performance reviews, and escalation resolution
• Support leadership with business planning and expansion initiatives

🔑 Requirements & Skills

• 5–8 years of operations management experience
• Strong project management skills (PMP or equivalent is a plus)
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) and process automation
• Analytical mindset with MS Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• MBA preferred
